  Robocap pan/tray storage
The ROBOCAP stacker/destacker, for the handling of baking pans and tins, was specially constructed for the baking industry. It enables semi- or automatic handling of your moulds in the production line.
Operational Description
Pans or tins to be taken out of the line are grouped and centered on the conveyor section. Before arriving here, the forms are identified, noticing the specifics of each form. The required information is then passed onto the system controller. Immediately the ROBOCAP lifter bar takes the complete row of forms out of the line and transports these to their stacking position. Of course the system "knows" all forms, their stacking position as well as stack heights. On its return, the ROBOCAP picks up the new type of pans and places these on the conveyor.

The Robocap system controller is constantly informed about form, type and number of forms at present in the line and eventually needed. This is important for another major function of the system: if the line stops for any reason, the ROBOCAP will start taking out the returning forms. Because of this, it will not be necessary to switch off the line "backwards" if the problems occur to be bigger and last longer. Products in the oven and proofer will not get lost. As soon as the line is back in production, the system will replace the forms, without manual interference being necessary. The system can be linked to an order processor to get its daily task, but can also be programmed directly. Changes in the task list can be made at all times, also during production. A monitor, integrated in the main panel, gives information about the present status.

Technical Description
The ROBOCAP is a heavy duty construction, built from tubular profiles for the vertical posts and beams. On the beams specially hardened rails are mounted. The movable lifter car with its pick-up bar is made of aluminum to keep its weight as low as possible and thus enabling the system to run at high speeds. The lifter is driven by a frequency controlled motor. The fingers on the pick-up bar are pneumatically controlled. A user-friendly keyboard for the controller and integrated monitor are part of the delivery.
Bread in Form
A "bread in form" recognition station is also included. Alarm signals, acoustic and optical indicate that a form has not been emptied and rejects it to ensure that it does not enter the ROBOCAP system.
Optional Equipment
Extra terminal for remote control.
Automatic adjustable fingers for a wide range of forms.
Telescope arm to reduce system height (for models I and II).
