Operational Description |
|
The pans, sheets or peelboards are transported into the proofer by a metering conveyor. After being accumulated, the pans are conveyed through the proofer on a "Capway"-belt with drive and chain take up on every tier. Jam control safety features are placed on both infeed and discharge areas. One frequency-controlled gear motor gives the system a proof time, according to the requirements of your products. A perfect climatisation unit is included with externality mounted controls such as a digital proof time indicator. The stainless steel conveyor system (except the coated belt and zinc plated drive components) is placed into an insulated enclosure with one access door and two insulated view windows as standard. This enclosure is at the inside provided with stainless steel plating. By using this type of enclosure it is possible to put the proofer outside or above the oven on a supporting steel frame. The flexible Capproof-system ensures that you obtain a perfect proofing in any position - inside or outside your bakery - in block, L or T-shape. |
