For many years Capway Systems' core business has been to design, manufacture and install complete production lines for the industrial bakery. Always anticipating the market demand Capway Systems have developed the HiCap-line concept, the solution for compact high capacity lines.
In combination with our Capstep-elevator systems, used as final proofer, cooler, freezer and an oven (i.e. the "Bakestep" - oven), this concept can be used for a wide range of products.
During the years Capway Systems have installed many lines to product billions of rolls, (mini) ciabatta, baguettes, petits pains, pizza's, danish pastry, croissants, flutes, etc.
To product frozen raw and /or proofed products the lines will be constructed with only a proofer and a freezer. (see layout options). if baked products are required, the line will be extended with an oven and a cooler. To balance the line or to make it more flexible by using more tray types, "Stepstore" or "Robocap" storage systems can be added to assure a fully automatic production flow. |
